History has shown us that individuals and small groups of committed people shape the future far more than any one leader, billionaire, or government. Change begins with us—our choices, our conversations, and our unwavering commitment to building a world that reflects our values.

If we want a future rooted in integrity, kindness, and fairness, we must model those qualities in our own lives. Here’s how we can stay empowered:
